If you notice that the "Inova" tab has disappeared, this probably means that the add-in is disabled and/or inactive.
Most of the time, you can easily fix this issue by following the steps provided in this article.
Determine if the Add-in is inactive and/or disabled
- Go to Outlook
- Click on the "File" tab in the upper left corner
- Click on "Options" and then "Add-ins"
- The list of all your add-ins will then display, separated into three sections: Active, Inactive and Disabled
Depending on the section in which the Outlook add-in ("InovaPushAddIn") is listed, the steps you need to take to fix the issue will be different.
If the add-in is not listed in any of these three sections, try to reinstall the add-in and restart Outlook.
If the add-in is listed in the "Inactive" or "Disabled" section, follow the instructions below.
If the add-in is disabled
For Outlook 2019, 2016 and 2013
- Go to Outlook > Click on the "File" tab > Choose "Info"
- Select "Slow and Disabled Add-ins"
- Click on "Always enable this add-in" for "InovaPushAddIn"
For Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013 and 2010
- Go to Outlook > Click on the "File" tab > Choose "Options"
- Click on "Add-Ins"
- Scroll down your add-ins list and check if InovaPushAddIn appears under "Disabled Application Add-ins"
- Under "Manage", click on the drop-down, select "Disabled Items", and then click on "Go"
- Select InovaPushAddIn from the list of disabled add-ins and click on "Enable"
- Close and restart Outlook
If the add-in is inactive
For Outlook 2019, 2016, 2013 and 2010
- Go to Outlook > Click on the "File" tab > Choose "Options"
- Click on "Add-Ins"
- Scroll down your add-ins list and check if InovaPushAddIn appears under "Inactive Application Add-ins"
- Under "Manage", click on the drop-down, select "COM Add-ins", and then click on "Go"
- Check the box near to InovaPushAddIn and click on "OK"
- Close and restart Outlook
